Q. Who do I call if I get booted?
A. If you have the misfortune to have your car booted, you will need to call Guardian Booting Services at 208-200-2668. Do not call the HOA as we can't help you.
Q. I have been parking outside overnight with no problem so I thought parking wasn't enforced, but last night I got booted why?
A. You must have a visible Annual Parking Pass on your windshield or a Visitor's Parking Pass on your rear view mirror when parking overnight. The booting company does not check tags every night but they do come and inspect for parking permits on a random basis. The HOA has does not schedule parking checks. Parking lots are checked anytime between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM. The only safe way to prevent a wheel boot is to display a parking permit every night. If you get booted call the booting company not the HOA.
Q. Why is it a problem if part of my vehicle is hanging over the sidewalks when parking?
A. Parking with any part of your vehicle hanging over the walkway makes the walkways less usable. In winter it makes snow removal difficult and your vehicle may be damaged from snow removal equipment. Also, snow not removed often hardens into a ice which can be hazardous to others using the walkways. Be courteous and stop short.
Q. How do I get a parking pass and what is the cost?
A. Parking passes can be obtained by emailing the parking manager at parking@pshoa.net . A $35 administration fee is charged for an Annual pass. There is no fee to get a Visitor's pass.
Q. When does my Annual Parking Pass expire?
A. Passes expire midnight on December 31st of the issued year, Passes for the upcoming year can be requested starting November 1st of the current year.
Q. I have overnight company coming, Can I get a Visitor's pass?
A. Visitor's passes are available for up to 14 days. They are available from the parking manager or any HOA board member at no cost and can be requested up to 7 days in advance. Click here to Request a Visitor's Pass
Q. My parents are coming for a visit and will have a motor home. Where can they park the motor home?
A. RV's are not generally allowed in any parking areas. Please contact the HOA for suggestions as where they may park.
Q. What if I need to park in the lane between garages for loading and unloading. Will my vehicle be towed?
A. You will need to be quick and have someone available to move your vehicle in case of emergency or if it is blocking some ones access. Usually 10 minutes is the limit.
Q. What if I get towed.
A. If you leave your vehicle parked in the lane between garages you may be towed, You will need to contact the towing company and pay any fees to recover your vehicle.
Q. I'm moving and will have a moving truck overnight. Where can I park it.
A. Summertime park overnight on Parkside Drive, Winter park on the west side of property where it won't block snow removal. Contact HOA Parking Manager for more information.
Q. I have other parking passes on my rear view mirror. Can I lay my Visitor's Parking Pass on my dash?
A. NO! The booting company requires them to be on the rear view mirror post. so they can spot them easily. If your pass in on the dash and you are booted, you will pay to have it removed.

A. Don't call the HOA as we do not have control over booting. Parking pass enforcement service is provided by by Guardian Parking. They are open during regular hours 9:00AM to 11:00PM M-F. There is an addition fee for service outside of regular hours. Information will be left on your vehicle if booted.
