Parking
Each townhouse and twinhome has a two car garage for use by their residents. Twinhomes also have a driveway that they are able to use by their residents and/or visitors. Except for Parkside Drive, which is a Rexburg city street, rules for parking in the Parkside development have been created and enforced by the Parkside Homeowners Association (HOA). An Overview of the parking rules and requirements for issuing parking passes are listed below. Parking rules for Parkside Drive are enforced by the city of Rexburg and can be found on the city of Rexburg website for parking rules.

Booting
Vehicles that do not have a valid Annual or Visitor's Parking Pass displayed, while parking overnight risk being booted or towed. Parking lots are monitored on a random basis by Guardian Booting. If you have the misfortune to be booted their contact information will posted on your vehicle. In either case you need to contact them, NOT the HOA. If you are booted or towed and wish to voice concerns to the HOA please email parking@pshoa.net.

Overview
- Parking a vehicle overnight in parking lot spaces requires a valid Annual Parking pass or Visitor's Parking Pass. Passes can be obtained from the parking manager at parking@pshoa.net.
- Overnight parking is defined as 1:00 AM to 6:00 AM.
- If you have not completed the renters or owners contact information form you need to do so before your pass can be approved.
- Parking passes can only be issued to residents of Parkside and only one pass is allowed for each unit.
- Owner and resident must be in “good standing” with the HOA to receive a parking pass. See CC&R Article 4.03 for the definition of good standing.
- Passes are only allowed on vehicles with current registration.
- Passes are issued to residents only. Non-resident owners and visitors can receive a visitor's permit as needed.
- Do not use a parking pass issued to another renter who has moved. Those doing so will be booted!
Rules
- Failure to observe parking signage and rules can result in booting or towing at owner's/residents expense.
- Loading and unloading vehicles in garage alleys is limited to no more than 10 minutes. The vehicle may not be left unattended so that it can be moved in case of an emergency or to allow accessing and exiting a garage.
- Vehicles parked during overnight hours without a valid pass may be towed or booted at owner's expense. Offenders at the discretion of the HOA Board may have their parking pass revoked.
- Do not park a vehicle with any part of the vehicle overhanging the sidewalk. This creates and tripping hazard and the HOA is not responsible for vehicale damage by sprinkler overspray, landscaping, or snow removal equipment.
- Vehicles must be removed from areas requiring maintenance when requested.
