These are common problems and how to remedy them
Pests
Often we hear about pests coming inside the townhouses and twin homes. These include ants, spiders and sometimes mice.
For Insects we have seen good results with a product called Ortho Home Defence Max which can be used inside or out.
For mice a mouse trap can be used inside or out. You could also use a mouse bait product under the patio bay window or garage where it would not be bothered by children.
If requested, HOA maintenance can also set up bait stations exterior to your building. Click here to request maintennance.

- Front hose faucets will leak if not completely turned off. After water stops flowing turn handle another 1 to 2 turns to completely shut off water. Failure to do this will result in it leaking and a constant wet spot on your step.
- Rear hose faucets may leak from vacuum break cap. Contact HOA maintenance to have it repaired at no cost.
- Remove front and rear hoses when freezing temperatures are expected to avoid freezing the valve. Damage to valves due to freezing when hose is left attached is not covered by HOA
