New to Parkside
Parkside is a Home Owners Association (HOA) community. New owners that reside or rent their townhouses and twinhomes are new members of the Parkside HOA. Each resident takes pride in their unit and expects it to always look great. Residents need to be aware of HOA bylaws (rules) for the community. Keep in mind that your actions affects others, especially when living so close to neighbors.

- Provide Contact Information by filling out and submitting the online Renter Contact Form or Owner Contact Form. This information will be used to contact you if there is an emergency or other issue. Your information is never shared with others.
- Review Clubhouse Rules then download and complete the Clubhouse Card Agreement Form. Signed forms can be returned electronically to psboard@pshoa.net, or left in the payment box in the clubhouse. Owners must submit the form assigning their clubhouse rights to their tenants. Renters need to only complete the renter portion of the form. Failure to submit this form before using the clubhouse may result in your card being deactivated.
- Review Parking Rules to obtain parking passes and avoid towing or booting of vehicles. Parking overnight in any parking spaces from 1 AM to 6 AM requires a parking pass. You must request a new parking pass issued to you as they are not transferable.
- Internet Service should already be active. Just connect a compatible router or switch. If you are a renter one may or may not be provided by your landlord. The HOA does do not provide routers or have any for sale.
- Gas and Electric Utility Services for gas is provided by Intermountain Gas and electric by Rocky Mt. Power. Water, sewer, & garbage services are provided by the City of Rexburg and included in the HOA fees. You won't need to signup for these, unless you will be living in a Twinhome.
- TV Service can be provided using internet streaming such as Netflix, Amazon, Hulu and others. You can sign up for cable TV through Cable ONE or Satellite with Dish Network or Direct TV. Be aware that the only place an antenna may be installed is on the patio side of the unit garage, not on roofs per the HOA bylaws.
- Land Line Phone Service can be provided using Centurylink. Since we have awesome internet service, another option is a VOiP service such as OOMA, Magic Jack, or Vonage to name a few.

- You will need to load and unload in the lane behind your garage. Due to possible damage to landscape you will not be permitted to drive on the grass at any time. Please expedite unloading so you do not inconvenience others any longer than needed as you will be blocking their garages. Check with them so they can pull cars out if needed. This can be a great opportunity to meet your new neighbors and introduce yourself. Generally others will be patient with you if you don't take too long. Please be available in case of an emergency and your moving truck needs to be moved quickly. Try to avoid times when your neighbors will be leaving for work or returning home. Please have a spotter watch the truck and rain gutters when driving close to buildings to avoid additional expense for damage to truck and building!
